World: Major Airports - Map Quiz Game
Global air traffic increases every year. Airlines are so swamped trying to keep up, they don't have time to use long airport names like Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. In the case of that airport, the busiest in the world, airlines just say "ATL." This quiz game challenges you to match 30 airport codes with the major airports they belong to. Some codes have replaced their airport name in common usage, like LAX and JFK. Those will be easy ones. On the other hand, it might be harder remembering that GRU means Brazil's Sao Paulo International Airport or that JNB is the code for O.R. Tambo International Airport in South Africa. This map quiz will help, and before long, you'll know the codes for all 30 of these major airports.
