License Issues

I have purchased the iOS app. Can I install it on an additional device for free?

The app is currently free, so you can install it on any number of devices. Download it from the AppStore or Google Play

I have paid to unlock the free iOS app, but all the games are still locked!

In the Settings screen of the free Seterra app, click the "Restore previous purchases" button.

I deleted the free iOS app from my device, but re-installed it again. Now, the games are locked! How do I unlock them?

I purchased the full Android version, but I am still seeing ads!

If you have the free Android version installed, and then download the full Android version, you will have two Seterra apps on your device. Make sure you're running the full version. The free version will still show ads.

The colors of the flags are not correct.

Unfortunately, the colors of the flags are distorted on some phone models when using dark mode on the phone. Try switching to non-dark mode on the phone, and the colors will be correct.

When I try to zoom or scroll a map, the app registers clicks instead!

In the Seterra app Settings screen, you can change the "Select with" setting. Set it to "Tap + confirmation button," and that should solve the problem.

Clicking the confirmation button each time I select a country slows me down!

How can I reset the high score lists?

Uninstall the app and install it again from the AppStore or Google Play. (You will not be charged again.)

If you purchased the full iOS app via an in-app purchase, you will need to click "Restore previous purchases" in the Settings screen in the Seterra app to unlock the games again after re-installing.

Can I import custom quizzes from the Seterra website to the app?

Can I import custom quizzes from the app to an app on another device?

No, that is not possible at the moment.
