Cenotes, Chiapas and corn are some highlights of Mexico. Cenotes, or large sinkholes, are scattered across the Yucatán Peninsula, great for adventure and nature highs. The state of Chiapas is home to ancient several Mayan ruins, among them Palenque and Chinkultic. Highlight or not, Mexico has 59 different types of corn and it’s highly featured in Mexican cuisine.
