A Diverse Scotland

A Scottish version of the 'Diverse' maps. This is an attempt to construct a balanced Scotland, without the biases towards certain areas (Galloway, Orkney, and probably Shetland) noticed to exist on other/Geoguessr-created maps. Of course these areas are still in this game, but locations are balanced by Council area according to population, area and road network length. Much Ari coverage was found across Angus and Eastern Perthshire. I could not combat this.
