japan area code practice

WIP. each location will start looking at an area phone number. there are several (0120) area codes dispersed throughout the map so we learn that 0120 is a toll free business code and not the same as 012 east of Sapporo. If you see a 0120, go find a different non-toll-free-business number. several without area codes too so you can more easily recognize when a number does and does not have an area code. Cell phones will start with 070, 080, and 090 and not useful for locating geographically. same with 050 which is an IP based phone service.
